About Regina Morris
Regina (Reggie) Morris is the Cofounder and Chief Scientist at WhoHire, a talent intelligence platform that combines hiring workflow with data-driven sourcing, predictive assessment, and performance optimization.
Regina (Reggie) Morris is responsible for leading WhoHire's scientific and technical teams. She developed the Perception technology, which captures the unique combination of attributes that determine employee and role performance. This allows WhoHire to predict actual performance in any role or team prior to hire and optimize performance after hire. Prior to WhoHire, Regina spent 20 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, retiring in 1999. She then earned a degree in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University. Regina has also held other positions such as Founder and Managing Director of Regina Residence Collection, Managing Director of Tailine Enterprise Co Ltd and Creative Director of The Fortune Group.
